Target Audience
Our target audience is made up of people relatively unfamiliar with or new to the field of project management. These include beginners to the field and study of project management and persons just starting to work as a project manager or starting to work in a project team. Our tutoring and training lessons provide the essential materials to practically and effectively manage a project - it provides the tools you need to manage or participate as a team member or as other person involved in a project successfully.
Materials
The materials that we use in tutoring project management are packed with clear advice, interesting graphics, and easy to understand text. You get the tools you need to initiate (start), plan, execute (work on and complete), monitor and control, and close (finish, end) the project successfully. We also treat the topics of stakeholders, team management, time management, cost management, risk management, communications management and more. We provide a practical, step-by-step approach which also includes tips and checklists.
Practical Focus
Since we have not only taught, trained and tutored many persons in project management, but also have a lot of practical experience working as a project manager, we also can provide interesting, practical, "real-life" (not theoretical) examples and tips.

English Language is Used
English is the training language we use in our project management tutoring, however, we also speak fluent German and can speak or answer questions in German. We also speak some French and can also provide some help in French.
What is Project Management All About?
Project management involved the administering, managing, and supervising of the work necessary to achieve the project goals within the given resource constraints or limitations. It is helpful to document a project, including what the agreed upon goals are, the plans, the resources needed, the constraints, etc.
A project manager's goal is to produce and achieve the desired results that comply with the client's objective. Sometimes, however, there can be multiple "clients" or "interested parties (persons)" or persons commonly called "stakeholders." There is much more that we can say about project management - but let's leave all of this for our tutoring and coaching.
