"Bruce was the project management coach of our strategic project to design, develop, produce, and deliver a new product for a major customer. The product involved hardware, software, components, chassis, power supply, and more. The project budget was limited to CHF 4.5 million and the project duration, incl. development, prototypes, and production, lasted two years.
